Toyota Hilux KUN26R Clutch Aligning tool/dummy shaft
Description
Toyota Hilux KUN26R 1KD-FTV clutch aligning/clutch alignment tool/dummy shaft for lining up the clutch plate with your pilot bearing to be able to re-insert the gearbox input shaft on your Toyota Hilux KUN26R. I measured this off the pilot bearing and the inside of the splines on the clutch plate then guessed the length. It worked first go and I was able to pull it out with my fingers once the pressure plate was torqued up but you may have to grab it with pliers as it's a simple print with no handle. The gearbox input shaft went straight in with no issues. Change it if you want but it prints quickly and gets the job done when your clutch kit doesn't come with a tool. I printed it with 20% infill, 1mm walls, and 0.2mm layer height.
