Large Bed Leveling 4mm Captive Nut Thumbwheel
Description
This is a large bed leveling thumbwheel for large FDM printers that have room for it and use M4 screws for leveling. I made this for my CTC A10S, a CR-10 clone, after one of the miniature factory nuts disintegrated. These thumbwheels require a M4 nut for each. The nuts become captive by gluing the cap, ring side down, on to the thumbwheel once the nut is inserted and fully seated. These work great on my CTC A10S and fit my Anet A8 Plus just fine. They should work on many large FDM printers. I printed these in PLA and glued them together with cyanoacrylate "Super Glue" glue. Other materials may require an alternate suitable adhesive... These are intended to be installed on the printer with the cap side facing up, touching the bottom of the beds support.
