Anycubic Mega S mainboard fan bracket for 2x 5010

Anycubic Mega S mainboard fan bracket for 2x 5010

Description

I was using derebbe 2x4010 design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2804665 after I upgraded to TMC drivers. I observed some issues, 2 nuts were interfering with the taller heatsinks, which I resolved by using 1 and hot glue the interfering end. I also wanted something that could cover over the other Z axis driver. Ideally, I wanted to go for slim 120mm fans, but I'm a miser, haha. Found 5010 fans on Aliexpress very cheaply so decided to compromise on that. I have a design for 120mm fan, and will do another post for that. I did countersunk holes for the fans as I was thinking of reducing the chance of interference, but the nuts didn't fit into the fan mounting hole recess, so went with normal M3 nuts. I might change it to recess for M3 hex nuts later, when I have an urge to open up and upgrade something else inside. I had to space out the fans because the nuts were interfering with the heatsinks. There should be no interference problems now, assemble onto the existing fan bracket and it should work fine. Things you'll need: 2pc 50mm x 50mm x 10mm fans 12V (can search for 5010 fans online) 1pc Y cable XH2.54 female to 2x XH2.54 male (to use power off the motherboard) 4pc M3 x 12mm screws 2px M3 x 5mm screws (can use back the existing screws) 4px M3 nuts
