What Are These ============ These are masks and templates for the Sanctum Sanctorum kit (CP 68) that is produced by Atomic Mass Games. It is used to make painting all the windows easier. To paint the kit by hand would probably take 10-20 hours. It can be done in 3-4 with these templates and masks. What To Print =========== The round mask and square mask should be printed once each. The other models that end in x4, x2, or x6 should be printed that many times (4, 2, or 6 times). It should only take about 1 1/2 hours to print these. Fine details are not needed, use your fastest print settings. How To Use Them ============== Once printed it is pretty obvious what goes where. To use them: 1. Prime the whole building. 2. Paint your windows with an airbrush. They don't have to be 100% complete, but after this step it will be hard to use an airbrush on them anymore. 3. Put the window masks in (the x2, x4, x6 masks). 4. Paint the brick walls. 5a. Use the Square Window and Round window templates with to mask off the window borders, and paint those (also with an airbrush). 5b. Use cardboard to mask the walls, put the x2 masks in, and paint the roof. 5a and 5b could be done in either order. Remixing / Modifying ================ I made these in Tinkercad, they are public.
