Voron/CoreXY 2020 heavy duty handle
Description
Created it for my Voron 2.4 350x350 with 4mm tempered glass panels on sides and top which made my printer over 30kg! For such weight simple double top screw handles just weren't enough. With those handles I was able to pick up my printer using only one of them and it didn't even make a squeak noise. Those handles are heavy duty with 3 M3x16 from the top and additional 4 M5x16 support from the side of the 2020 profile - use corresponding t-nuts. Handle is printed in 2/3 parts which are screwed together with 3 M3x10-20 with M3 nuts. Additionally handles can act as midspan clips for panels/glass with extra squish if You use any sort of seal under them. There are 4 versions: 8 mm 6 mm 4 mm no panels/no squish As mentioned I'm using 4mm tempered glass with 4mm seal under for which I needed to print: outside_squish core_8mm inside_8mm_squish Dependent on Your panel/glass/seal setup use corresponding version. If You're not using any panels at all use *_no_squish 2 part design. You can mix parts together dependent on Your needs. Parts max width is ~160mm.
