Seven Voron 0.1 Mods (by GT)
Description
This is a collection of Mods on Voron 0.1. Designed / re-designed by me. #1: Frame of 15mm height between frame and top-hat. Reason is to integrate LED lights and raise the height a bit for not kinking the cables and PTFE tube. 3 stls. #2: Motor_Frame for extruder pancake motor (LDO). Left upper hole is for 4mm screw instead of 3mm. Lead to malfunction after few hours. I corrected to 3mm, printer runs sufficient since this exchange. #3: DoorHandle reworked for a continuous double adhesive tape. Handle is very good attached now. #4: LinkReinforcements to link the skirts underneath. Always attached between two halves. You need to drill holes underneath, countersink them. Gives good reinforcement. #5: RaspBerryCam-Holder, two parts: Part 1 adhered by double adhesive tape to the acrylic housing, Part 2 holds the WebCam. The one with a long onbjectiv. #6: 6a) ProfileCovers printed in TPU make your printer look nicer, prevent debris falling into the grooved. 6b) ProfileEndCap closes the upper end of aluminum profiles. #7: PTFE Clamp holds your PTFE tuve in place. My tube slipped out or in while loading resp. unloading. Is definitely clamped now.
