Description
Minor mods to the excellent must-have Dial Gauge Holder by Mike Guyre: - Added more end-stops to seat the holder more squarely - Moved the gauge mounting hole back a little so the rear of the gauge sits against the mounts (see caveats below) - Added clamping feature (M3) to fix the gauge in place Caveats - Pretty sure dial-gauge bodies are different thicknesses, so this design won't work uniformly - Only fits dia 8mm shaft gauges HOWEVER: Happy to provide updated STL files if people let me know different dimensions; see images for required SHAFT DIAMETER and SHAFT DISTANCE (from shaft surface to rear face) dimensions in mm. These are currently dia 8mm for the shaft and the distance to the back is 4.33mm
