QQS part-cooler system

QQS part-cooler system

Description

I wanted to improve upon my first design, and integrated the spacers for the probe-holder into the design, thereby simplifying the installation of the frame greatly. The ducts are wider, more symmetric around the nozzle, and has a much flatter angle of air-flow (14.4 degrees) If anybody want to make their own ducts, the profile of the mounting interface is an isosceles trapezoid, 10mm bottom, 8mm top, 8mm height. The length of the mounting interface should be at least 30mm to cover the fan-slots. This is still a new design, and I have only tried a few prints with it, but so far it seems to do quite ok. I have printed an overhang-testwith PETG, and it printed decently until 75 degrees, but 80 and 85 was quite ugly, but it did not fail. I am currently printing a PETG Benchy, which looks like it is going to turn out good. (my printer is not yet tuned in after changing my hot-end)
