my PLUS version of Tronxy X5SA 400 pro
Description
This is my PLUS version of the Tronxy X5SA-Pro 400. Almost all parts can be adapted to the smaller / larger brothers. The X5SA pro is a reasonably good basis. You can't get a solid basis cheaper. But you still have to do a lot to get a good printer. Goal of the conversion: - Completely enclosed, tightly possible for later heating - Direct drive - Water cooling - new firmware - new board - better Z drive - more stable and above all: better cables (suitable for drag chains) Status 2022-01-27 Frame angle - tested and installed Switch housing - tested and installed Z-drive with one motor - tested and installed On / off housing - tested and installed Connector housing - tested and installed Water expansion tank - should work as a further development from an older version that was installed Cable tray holder - tested and installed Holder for water installation - to come Holder for hotend - design ok, not tested I have installed parts in PETG I uploaded the current Fusion File. who wants to... have fun
