Proxxon Micromot 12V tools socket / plug for panel mount
Description
This is a plug shell for Proxxon Micromot series of tools, which operate on 12V power. It has 2 halves which bolt together (4mm bolt fits in the hole), and for contacts, it uses butt connectors (without the plastic sleeve), similiar to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3437152 The butt connectors should be solid all the way around (so not have a split to help crush them), and be a tight fit around the tools plugs poles. I used butt connectors called "VT STV-B Butt connector, 1.5 - 2.5 mm²", bough from here: https://www.reichelt.com/de/en/butt-connector-1-5-2-5-mm-blue-vt-stv-b-p231400.html, however, there must be similiar connectors available elsewhere too, you might want to test others before ordering those if you find the shipping expensive. The plug is designed to slide into a slot in a panel. I have however included the .blend file as well if you want to edit this more easily.
