Voron Afterburner Mount For Biqu B1 with BL Touch

Hello everyone, I was planning to modify my Biqu B1 to use that great Voron Extruder. Thanks to Butcher9_9's Ender 3 design, it gave me a good start point. If you want to use my design for B1, get ready to modify your printer with the files and instructions I am currently sharing with you. :) First of all you need parts from Voron 2.4 obviously, This carriage designed to use with direct drive extruder. I am currently using and tested everything with e3d but I am sure that other hotends will fit too. BL Touch (or clone) and leveling Z with BL Touch is required because we gonna change the USB Adapter place and X level switch. For X limit switch you need to print stepper bottom and top parts, dismantle Z level switch and connect it to stepper top cover part with M3 screws (no insert needed), and connect stepper bottom part over stepper motor as shown in image. Use M3 insert on the left hole of stepper motor cover bottom part and screw the top part to bottom part from there with a M3 screw. You need to change the place of Z Carriage connector to X Carriage connector from the SKR Board inside of your printer. For Y limit switch you need to print Y switch and Y carriage spacer parts, Use Y spacer to move the screw on Y carriage which touching Y switch a bit higher. (You need too disassemble and reassemble the heated bed). Also disassemble Y limit switch and connect back with using Y switch part as shown in image. For USB Adapter, print adapter holder and top cover of it, use M3 inserts for three bottom holes and 4 holes inside which is holding circuit, screw the circuit board inside and screw the holder to the place where the original extruder motor was before. Using a small nema 17 stepper like titan motor for extruder is necessary (max 23mm body height), Cables must be stay in center of extruder motor, that's where Cable Cover part comes handy. I hope I cover everything necessary, There are no need to change your home offsets. For BL Touch probe offsets are 35.0x10.0 I added images for M3 insert locations and print sides. One more thing, you have to screw your extruder from behind of X carriage plate, that gives you easier access to disassemble and reassemble of your extruder too.. All part printed with ESUN PETG, 0.2 layer height and min. %40 infill. Hope you all enjoy like I do.
