Neje 40W Bosch Colt Mount Adapter
Description
I designed this adapter to fit my Neje 40W doide laser module onto my MPCNC. The adapter slides into a Bosch Colt clamp style router mount, like the one I designed here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4632040 It's designed so the laser module slides in with a friction fit. There are 4 holes where you can add an M3x8 bolt to lock it down, but the fit is tight enough where this is not needed for most folks. Printing is simple, no big overhangs and a decent footprint to deal with here. I would try and use ABS or PETG to prevent issues with heat if you run your laser in a warmer environment. Due to less clearance inside the adapter, some air assist nozzle attachments may not fit inside. I used this nozzle design from dkj4linux: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5073015 It fits well inside the adapter. I drilled it out to fit my 1/4" air hose, and it is working quite well.
