Transformers Earthrise - Ironworks Upgrade Set
Description
This is a dusty old project that I touched up for upload. It got tossed by the wayside when I focused on Kamen Rider content. In an attempt to give Ironworks more bulk, I ended up making a few parts. There are small fairly generic pieces meant to add shoulder width, which may or may not be sturdy - they were an early design and they seem to hold up well enough on my end. For the forearm, I made a big thing that pegs into his hand, giving him a hefty gauntlet. There's a 5mm hole at the end, for... ... the windmill that was missing from the G1 playset! The part labeled Base is the peg you'd be making proper use of. I say this because the Tip part is meant to be glued into its hole. The Blades part has a hole that is intentionally wide enough for it to easily spin. This would be pegged into the forearm part for robot mode, or wherever you prefer. The tip also features a 5mm hole. I actually made these in response to some of the existing kits out there!
