3DLS & AM8 Improved Z Axis Parts

Some Z axis improvements I cooked up for my [3DLS](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4031698) The lower mounts have a 5th screw hole on the side to help stabilize the flex in the uprights of the extrusions. I eliminated the bearings and made the top mounts just hold the Z screw in the plastic. I would add some silicone grease in there but that's it! I print it all in PLA 20% infill with 6 walls.
