Synscan EQ5 Holder
Description
Some time a go my Synscan EQ5 holder broke it's gripping claw. I tried gluing, duct-tape and what not to try to get it to grip firmly again, but with no avail. After some frustration I decided to draw and print a new one. At first I wanted to mimic the original, but realized that wouldn't really fix the problem of the snapping grip. So, I came up with something simple that would just screw on the tripod and be done with it. I hope it'll help someone else out there as it helped me. Clear skies!
