Anet ET4 Mosquito hotend mount

Anet ET4 Mosquito hotend mount

Description

My mosquito hotend on Ender 3 was working perfectly, so I decided to upgrade my Anet ET4+. This is full setup, both hotend fan and part cooling fan. It uses 24V 4020 fan for heatbreak cooling and 24V 5015 for part cooling. Mosquito hotend is held securely by 4 - 2.5mm screws. You will need also a couple of M3 screws and nuts for fan and hotend mounting to Anet backplate. It is very lightweight and minimal design, but works perfectly even for high speed printing. It's designed for bowden setup, threads for PTFE tube fitting are integrated into the mount. There's also a place to zip-tie your heater and thermistor wires, helps with loose wires hanging around. Both files require small amount of supports. I also added small step-down converter on 4020 hotend fan to make it a little quieter, but it's not necessary./ As you can see I was inspired by @phelanp11 and @J0hn_the_savage mounts, I combined their work and I think it turned out great :) Happy printing.
