Description

Repaired My L Printer With Tr10X2 Z Leveling Threaded Rods. Originally My Printer Was Equipped With M8 Rods With Extremely Run-Out Errors. Then I Decided To Use Guiding Rods With Trapezoidal Thread Tr10X2. The Rods Have Small Round-Out Errors. The Tricky Point Of This Design Is Use A Friction To Fix The Tr10X2 Round Nut. As You Can See, There Aren'T Any Blocking Pins, Bolts, Shapes For Keeping Nut In The Place. Just Friction Between Nut And Printed Body. Use A Sand Paper To Smooth Inner Guide Cylinder. The Friction Must Allow To Move The Nut Up And Down (By Spring Force) But As Big As Not Allow To Round Nut By Threaded Rods. It Seems To Be Problematic, But Believe Me It Is Working Perfectly.
