Toyota 1ZZ-FE Hayabusa ITB Intake Manifold
Description
ITB sounds amazing and I wanted it on my 1zz swapped Toyota Tercel, so I made this (plus some other parts to make it work). Throttle assembly is from 2013-2020 Suzuki GSX1300R. I have videos of it working, have yet to upload them, but the car runs very well, although idle is now controlled by ignition delay rather than a dedicated valve. The manifold itself has survived many intake backfires and being soaked in fuel. 2 versions are included. One with a slot for the OEM intake gasket, and one without (use RTV instead). See photos 2 and 3. Please use a filament capable of high constant temperatures, such as carbon fiber nylon I've used here. It should be noted that my car is heavily modified, using a standalone ECU on speed density mode, therefore I cannot guarantee it will work on other vehicles. Engine is bone stock, freshly rebuilt.
