GameBoy Advance SP IPS Screen Spacer insert 3mm

If fitting the popular IPS screen (eg FunnyPlaying etc) to your GBA SP, You can either insert some crappy foam to pad out the space behind the screen - or if you are using a clear/semi clear shell - why not add some detail with this insert!? Its 3mm thick so takes up 99% of the gap between the screen and shell. I advise using a couple of thin strips of lightweight foam (you get some with the screen kits usually) approx. 4mm x 30mm and double side tape them to the back of the screen before fitting the insert. This will ensure everything stays put and no rattles. Easy print (roughly 40min) set a colour change after the main background (after 1,4mm IIRC) if you want the text to stand out. As here - I used clear PLA then orange pla to suit my GBA.
