Flexible filament extruder upgrade - improved for CR10 v2
Description
this is a remix/rebuild of the @joshvv's creality extruder mod https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2144277 on the cr10 v2, the stock plate has a threaded insert for spring tension adjustment, and has an m10 hole for the PTFE tube clamp. as I was having issues with not enough spring tension, I've replaced the spring nubbing with an m3 threaded hole, and I've also taken the lead from @elproduct's remix and added a threaded hole for the coupling, but with an m10 thread/hole to fully replace the stock cr-10 v2 plate and continue using the m10 couplings already installed.
