Universal Bike Rack Light Mount (With AirTag storage!)
Description
This is a universal bike light mount for the back of a rear rack with a 5mm hole in it. This is similar to a [previous part I made](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5247424), but with an added tray for an AirTag Holder. My bike light came with a mount to secure it to the seatpost, however when I put my top of the rack bag, on, it blocks the light. I needed to find a way to move the light to the rear of the rack so it could be seen again. I also had the idea to conceal an AirTag within this mount as a discreet way to add one to a bike. ###Parts: For this to work, you'll need the following: A 5 mm hole in the rear center of your rack platform (mine already had one) - 1 x Airtag Screw In.stl - 1 x Rear Rack Light Mount V3.stl - 1 x M5 Nylon Lock Nut - 1 x M5x25 bolt (button head or socket head will work) - 1x M5 Washer (optional, but recommended if using socket head bolts) I printed both of these as shown in the Cura screenshots (last two images). Cura estimates that this will take about 5 hours 30 minutes between both parts on my settings on my machine. ###Printer Settings ##Airtag Screw In.STL - Layer Height 0.2mm - Infill 60% - Supports: NO ##Rear Rack Light Mount V3.STL - Layer Height 0.2mm - Infill 60% - Supports: YES - Support angle: 80 Degrees (just to support the flare out at the top) ###Please share your makes! If you make this part, I would love to see photos of how it turned out, or get feedback on what I can do better. I'd love to improve this over time!
