FLSun QQ-S Pro main cable holder
Description
In my opinion, the fact that the main cable of my 3d printer was unsupported could end up damaging it, so I decided to design a cable holder. It is made in several parts that assembly together by sliding or screwing so that it is easy to assemble and print. You don't need to print both the bolts, I included both because I could not decide which one was better. To assemble the thing you have to pass the extruder cable through the main body and the slot in the main screw, and then insert the main body plug. After that, mount the main body on the machine through the extruder cable hole and secure it with one of the nuts. Then assemble the two cable holder part on the cable with a drop of super glue and slide them in the main body assembly. IMPORTANT: the tolerances of the screw and the bolt may be too tight depending on the specs of the printer. If the bolts seem not to work properly you have to scale it up by 5 to 10 percent on the x and y-axis only (do NOT modify the z-axis) and reprint. You can easily do it in the Cura slicer with one of its base functions. SUPPORTS: you do not need supports to print the threads in both the screws and nuts, but you need them in for the overhang, so set the minimum support angle high enough.ù
