Bolt-on Chapstick Holder
Description
A while ago I made a chapstick holder as a gag gift for my sister that turned out to be pretty functional. I've made a few iterations depending on filament type but seem to have the best results with TPU and made two versions depending on how rough you ride. The snap fit should work for most road riding and the strap version can (and has) held tight through mountain biking though may be difficult to latch. Testing the PETG holder showed cracks forming if you over tighten the bolt or hit the clip hard but it should work for most light use. I also haven't tested much in extreme temperatures but I'll update after winter/ summer use if there are issues. All feedback is greatly appreciated. For printing, all files should be oriented to print best with the bolt section up and the holder/strap parallel to the print bed. You may see an issue if your printer isn't optimized for TPU where the top few layers look melted. This is due to the filament not cooling between layers and fixed it by lowering print speed or printing 2+ holders on opposite sides of the print bed
