Description
This accessory for the Kenwood Kmix is useful when kneading panettone or bread and the mass is greater than 1.6 kg, with the use of the hook the dough rises up to inside the gears. the disc I created prevents li'impasto from dirtying the whole machine because it folds back on itself and falls back into the basket.
