ELS Electronic Lead Screw

ELS Electronic Lead Screw

Description

Hello, very long project...:) is still in under construction but the parts published are already printed. I decided to apply a ELS Electronic Lead screw to my LESTO SCINTILLA lathe, due to the fact I don't have the complete set of gears. Since such gears is very expensive and difficult to found, I decide to begin such project. In attached you can find the HMI unit panel suitable for Arduino nano whit terminal board, LCS ic2 20x4 LCD panel, three push buttons in stainless steel, a PS2 joystick and a couple of GX 12 connector. Considering that top box and bottom box are tightened by M3x20 bolts, means that the holes for fixing are suitable for M3 insert (diam. 4 mm). Concerning power supply junction box it is better to buy it (200x140x80) and cut in order to host a 36V power supply for the driver and a 9v power supply for Arduino nano. The box must be cut to show the driver cooling heatsink, a couple of switches and the 60 mm fan. in attachment you can find the fan case and some brackets to position the power supply and the driver. The parts published are suitable for the following components, but I cannot grant or assure that minor modification must be done! -PS2 Joystick Joystick XY Dual Axis Joystick Breakout Module per Arduino -SMPLG06-09 ---AC-DC 220V to 9V Isolated Switching Power Supply Module Board -NEMA 23 - 3NM 4.2A -WXDC2416----Ac-Dc - 36v 5a 180w 50/60hz Ac-Dc -DM556T 1,8-5,6A 20-50VDC -GX12 5-Pin -Waterproof Push Button Momentary Stainless Steel Push Button On Off 12mm 2A 12V/24V/125V/250V(High Head) But the question is .. what is it ! if you want understand the project, please write in google ELS or electronic lead screw, there are lot amazing and professional guys that made such system, at the moment I'm printing the case and bought the components, of course I made a thousand of drawings to fit such project for my lathe, but all the files are suitable for all. Concerning Nema cover, please check such item here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5234022, concerning the connection from NEMA to LESTO SCINTILLA is in developing I will publish some sketches here : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4863684. Please feel free to donate me a coffee in case you like my project! Thanks and Regards Regards Jonweb
