40mm Fan Cover w/ Pressure Break

Print in any Material you like: Noticed that these 40mm fans have awful aitflow around them without any type of over. I also noticed that many of the covers disregard the airflow when designing. This protects the fins while keeping optimal airflow With this cover, the fan is able to draw air in through the middle while the holes around the ring allow the pressures on the edge of the fan to equalize. With this cover, your intake fan will create less chaotic airflow allowing for more consistent cooling. This is by no means perfected but i think that this is a solid design for simple cooling applications that use 40mm fans Settings i used. (my bridging wasn't perfect but a bit of cleanup made it work) Material: Carbon Fiber PETG Temp: 250 Bed: 60 Infill: 100% Rafts/Supports: No Post Processing: Small Cleaning optional
