CR10 Max Filament detector upgrade

Out of the box CR10 Max gave always issues at the end of the filament roll. Might be similar for other CR10 printers but I only have Max version so I do not know for sure. Creality firmware doesn't let you properly handle the switch. Tiny Machines firmware is much better, but still gives issues. On standard CR10 Max detector is very close to the extruder wheels. When filament is over then: a) you find out too late, because before the stops your filament is already out and print suffers. b) it's a hell to take it out. My take on the topic. Move the detector up a further away from the extruder: Advantages: - you detect filament end much faster - easy to change the filament Disadvantages: - you loose a bit of the theoretical max hight. I never reach so hight anyways. - end of filament is a little longer so you lose few extra grams plastic. I am printing fast with rough 0.6mm nozzle, so prints are not really supper nice, but functional.
