Pipe Grommet
Description
I wanted to make a grommet to nicely match the contour of a 44.45mm (1.75"} round pipe to run a cable through it. This is specifically to install a light bar and hide the wires on a Hooke bumper for an '08 JK Jeep Wrangler ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07C1MXYRX ). I made a couple of options as i wasn't sure which one i would use at the time i designed these. They come in 2 sizes. Listed below are the outer diameter of the drilled hole, and inner diameter of the space you have to feed your wire through with. 20mm Outer Diameter (Approx 13/16") and 15.88mm Inner Diameter (exactly 5/8") 12.7mm Outer Diameter (Exactly 1/2") and 12.7mm Inner Diameter (Exactly 3/8") Then prior to posting this thing, i added a couple more pipe diameters in standard/imperial units. Gromet 1 = 25.4mm Gromet 1.5 = 38.1mm Gromet 1.75 = 44.45mm Gromet 2 = 50.8mm
