HeroMe 5 Ender 5+ Gantry Adapter Remix

<P> For some reason known only to the 3D Printer Gods the HeroMe 5 Gantry Adapter, either from the official package or from 11Pump, does not fit my Ender 5 Plus gantry, where the version from 11Pump fit my base Ender 5 just fine. Maybe there's one specifically for the E5+ gantry and I missed it, I don't know. I remixed 11Pump's version. v1.4: moved the Gantry Clip holes to the Left by about 1.5mm, made a recess for the bolt head for the top right pom wheel on the first version. v1.41: additionally, moved the top bar above the stock hotend mounting points up a few mm, and made a cutout for the stock hotend right mounting point. </p> <p> After test fitting v1.4 and v1.41, either one will work. </P>
