3D Printed Hole Dimension Accuracy Gauge
Description
WHAT: A simple gauge with popular hole sizes in 0.1 increments to determine how much your printed version deviates from the measurements in your sketch. WHY: As a newbie I was frustrated with my 3D printed holes being dimensionally inaccurate resulting in bearings etc not fitting correctly. I wanted a more precise and repeatable method than just adding a few % to the dimensions. USAGE: Print this gauge using the same slicer settings and materials as your intended model then you'll be able to select the correct hole size to match your intended output. No more wasted prints or having to drill them out afterwards! :-) OTHER NOTES: The Original is 5mm thick which is probably unnecessary and takes a long time to print. I've now included a THINNER 2.5mm thick version although I've not printed that one myself.
