Autotrickler Inner Panel Set
Description
This is an inner panel set for the Autotrickler reloading powder measure. This panel set is designed to make for a cleaner look and an easier backdrop in which to spot the green "go" LED that is lit when the charge is dispensed accurately. I'd recommend printing this in white PLA, 0.2mm layer height. There are three STLs: Top Plate - the part that covers the majority of the weighing platform. Print this top down. Riser - the ring that goes around the weighing platform. This is press/friction fit, so it should be a snug, but not overly snug, fit. There are indexing tabs to enable installing it perfectly aligned. Print bottom down. Outer Panel - these replace the clear panels that come with the scale. You will need three of these. I printed them upright without a brim, but you may need a brim depending on your setup and bed prep. Assembly: Remove the A&D panel/lid holder. Then install the "riser" into the channel around the weighing platform, using the index tabs to ensure it is installed correctly. Then, reinstall the panel/lid holder as provided by A&D. Remove the clear side panels and replace with the printed panels. Then, slide the top plate down and snap it onto the riser. There should be enough clearance of the top plate such that it does NOT come into contact with the indexing piece that gets placed on the weighing platform. This piece needs to remain, as you do not want the weighing cup to rest against the top plate. I printed my example with Atomic PLA in Bright White - an excellent filament that is truly bright!
