1.5 inch ball mount to fly rod holder converter

Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5192483. Great idea! I modified it here to work with a custom fly rod holder with mounting holes that are 3" apart on center (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5247483 - I recommend the wide standoff version.) There is a hole through the center to mount an optional 2", 10-24 screw for extra strength. (suggest stainless steel, pan-head, with stainless still lock nut, which fits into recess on underside.) Should be printable without supports.
