Overhead Mount For Ikea Tertial Lamp Arm
Description
This is a base for the Ikea Tertial lamp for mounting in an overhead position. You will need the following additional material: 1 ea Screw, M5 X 20 mm hex head 1 ea Washer, M5, 17 mm diameter 1 ea long nut, M5, 30 mm long Epoxy glue Glue the nut into the hollow shaft of the lamp arm, see photos. You may squeeze the shaft tube a little to hold the nut in place. Then assemble the lamp arm and the overhead mount using the srew and washer. Mount the lamp in an overhead position of your choice. You may have to reverse the spring mounting points of the lamp arm, as the springs are there to equalize gravity, which is reversed 180 degrees when mounting overhead. Enjoy!
