Biqu B1 SE Plus cable chain management suite

Description

Biqu B1 SE Plus cable management suite Purpose * Keep it nice and clean rather than dragging a 3-foot-long cable while the hot-end is busy-doing-its-work * Snap-on design that attach to existing mechanical parts with no extra screw required Contents 1. hotend_mount_v1.stl - Function: Turn 90' angle from horizontal to vertical downward to cable connection socket on hotend - Mount area: Mount with printing head metal parts near cable insertion area - Support: Not needed unless seek for perfect inner wall area which already covered - Print time: .28 ~27min/4g/1.36m 2. mtr-e0_from_z0_mount.stl - Function: 1. Connecting cable from motor-z0 side 2. Provide some cover area for exposed power cables of motor-e0 / motor-x / x-stopend and filament-detection - Mount area: Mount on motor-e0 metal parts beneath filament detection module - Support: Not needed unless seek for perfect inner wall area - Print time: .28 ~33min/5g/1.58m w/o support ~38min w/ support 3. mtr-e0_to_x_mount.stl - Function: Turn 90' angle of cable from (2) toward to (1) (=vertical to horizontal) - Mount area: Mount on motor-e0 metal parts beneath filament detection module right above (2) Loose filament detection module a bit if your print does not fit into that gap - Support: (Recommended) Needed if print out sit flat. Not needed if print out with n shape of hooking mechanism as base, cable mount on top. Challenging overhang capability of your machine :) - Print time: .28 ~30min/5g/1.7m w/ support ~42min vertical print w/o support 4. CableChain_22mm_hollowSqr.stl - Function: Covers hot-end cable from seen / drop / dragging during prints. A modified version and expand inner space to 22mm to fit Biqu B1 SE plus hot-end cable (Credit of source to be add-on when I found the originator design) - Support: Not needed - Print time: .28 ~14min/2g/0.6m w/o support (50pcs @~12h/78g/26.5m) 5. CableChainCover_22mm.stl - Function: Secure cable dropping out from cable chain. Covers hot-end cable from seen / drop / dragging during prints. A modified version and expand width to 28.5mm to fit (4) (Credit of source to be add-on when I found the originator design) - Print time: .28 ~5min/0g/0.6m w/o support (50pcs @~2.5h/18g/6m) - Support: Not needed 6. Z_mount.stl - Function: Provide mounting point for cable on z0 and lead upward to motor-e0 - Print time: .28 ~21min/3g/0.9m - Support: Not needed - Unscrew the z0 motor screw and you know what to do next :) Around 23pcs of (4)+(5) needed to cover cable from (2) to (1) Around 24-25pcs of (4)+(5) needed to cover cable from (3) to (6) Highly recommend print out (4)+(5) few pieces to test your machine capability on thin line objects, as well as triage for these cable chain bits to join together. (2)/(3) May design as one piece, with very limited time frame available every day, I will leave the design here as they works just fine on my B1SEPlus. Remix them as you like :) This is my first post on Thingiverse and hopefully bring out more brilliant ideas from all users to update and remix my design to make it a better fit for your 3DP machine in use. ### Update 2022/3/14 Adding - CableChain_90lockv1.stl - CableChain_v28mm5_tall.stl Remix base design for further drag chain bending restriction, make the drag chain bend more like U-shape instead of C shape / loose U. I only print a few to provide additional support near mount point. Please let me know if these work good on your 3DP machine. ### Update 2022/3/15 Adding - hotend_mount_40mm4_3mm2.stl (40mmx3mm) - mtr-e0_from_z0_mount_21mm2_3mm2.stl (21mmx3mm) Based on the feedback that mechanical varitaion of B1SEPlus machine received ### Update 2022/4/11 Addming - new new-e-mount.stl That merging "e0_from_z0" and "e0_to_x" and support 6mm tube from filament dryer
