220 SL Clock
Description
I modeled this design after a Urwerk UR220-SL watch. It has been scaled up to be a wall clock sized version. It is a working clock, keeping very accurate time. 4/21/22 Added Spur gear 1.375: 10T 5, 50T 4, 10T 3, and 45T 2 files. The 'Download All Files' button is broken. Go to Cults3D to download all the files in a single ZIP. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/220-clock-model This model is LARGE, at about 236x232mm. My printer has a 210x210 print bed, so any parts that are too large for to print on my bed are also available in 'right' and 'left' half STL files. Also many parts are available as sets of files that can printed on printers with a multi-color capability. And it's powered by an 110V AC Synchronous motor. I was unable to download zip files, so the contents of the following zip files referenced in the Build Notes have been uploaded as individual STL flies. Note the zip file name is used as the prefix of the STL files that it contained. Also these files are only needed if you are doing multi-color prints. Gauge 1 Day 2-color.zip Gauge 10 Days 2-color.zip Hour Digits 1-4-7-10 2-color.zip Hour Digits 2-5-8-11 2-color.zip Hour Digits 3-6-9-12 2-color.zip Minute Bar no-LEDs multi-color.zip Minute Bar w-LEDs multi-color.zip I was also unable to upload the 220 Build Notes.pdf file. It can be found at: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/220-clock-model The assembly instructions are also published on Instructables. Search for "220 Wall Clock". Refer to the (64 page) 220 Build Notes in the download Files for the assembly instructions and all other details. Included in the files is a UR-220 SL.EASM file. This file allows you to view the design as a 3D model and examine its various subassemblies. Here is the link for the EASM Viewer that I use. I needed to register to download it, but Solidworks has never sent me any emails. https://www.solidworks.com/sw/support/edrawings/e2_register.htm
