50mm unit headphones - based on the KPH30i's design

This project is a DIY which I wanted to perform since 2 months ago or so. Finaly, after all my parts came in, I could start working on it. Unfortunately, there were many issues with resonance peaks ( 4khz ) etc., but I managed to solve those by using earpad sponge similiar to those used in GRADO and in KPH30's mods and also by working on the front cover. The main goal was to keep all that detail and air, without making earpiercing treble and bloated bass. It was surely hard, since I have no proper knowledge of acoustics, but now I can say that I managed to make those more than just listenable too. Thank you all for making it possible - without designs of others, I would have issues to this day with how to connect both main body and headband together (^^) !!! NO GO WITHOUT KPH30'S COMFORT STRAP, or it's replacement ... and some of you will need to widen the headband to match their heads width !!!
