Voxelab Aquila X-Axis MGN12 Linear Rail conversion- All Printable

Description

I bought a Voxelab Aquila for $59 on an eBay liquidation site. Came in mostly parts and mostly new and untouched for the most part. I had done a Linear rail conversion on my Ender 3 Pro and had an extra rail and bearing. I didn't like anything I saw on Thingiverse so I decided to make my own using the stock plate. Only 4 parts. Voxelab_Aquila_X_carriage_plate_V2: This fits like a glove over the bearing. Use 4 3mm tapered socket head screws. Just make sure the are short enough to get tight. Belt_Plate_V3: Attach this on the bottom single screw hole. It will fit like a glove over the bottom extrusion on the Voxelab_Aquila_X_carriage_plate_V2. All 3 hole on the Voxelab_Aquila_X_carriage_plate_V2 and stock carriage plate use 5mm socket heads. Make sure you use a button head on the bottom hole. Tighten all 3 5mm bolts. Carriage is now attached to the rail assembly. There are 4 sets of grooved holes for the belt lugs to fit into. This aids in belt length options. The Belt plate is designed to keep the belt riding cleanly in the 2020 v trough. Aquilla_X_Housing_Spacer_V6 Aquila_Adjustable_X_Housing_V6 Used to bring the End Stop Limit Switch out the 13mm needed to compensate for the width of the rail and bearing. Simply swap out the switch and align the inside edge (Switch) with the edge of the triangle shaped plate that attaches the X rail to the Z Wheels. At this point it should act and function just as the stock carriage would. I'm not good at explaining things so if you need help or something special made just email me or message me.
