Quick release clamp for sand box roof - Schnellspanner für Sandkastendach

Description

This is an upscaled and modified version of a quick release clamp (Similar to those on bicycle saddles). I designed it for our sand box roof, because the screws were pretty unhandy. You have to use M6 screws (length depends on your sand box model) and 10mm barrel nuts with it and place the barrel nut inside the pivot element during printing. Pause at layer 90 (at 0.2mm layer height) and push it in with the groove pointing downwards to do so. Use sturdy settings with at least 5 walls and 2mm top/bottom and 50% infill. PETG would be preferred, but I used PLA and it's pretty strong. Make sure to use the right barrel nuts. Mine were 10mm in diameter, 12.5mm long and the hole for the screw was a little towards the far side from the groove. Dies ist ein vergrößerter Schnellspanner für unser Sandkastendach. Die Schrauben waren unhandlich und eine ist bereits gebrochen. Es sind M6 Schrauben in der zum Sandkasten passenden Länge und passende Fassmuttern (10mm Durchmesser, 12,5mm lang) zu verwenden. Die Fassmutter wird während des Drucks ins Pivotelement gesteckt, dafür muss bei Layer 90 (bei 0,2mm Layerhöhe) der Druck pausiert werden. Achtet darauf, die Fassmutter mit der Rille nach unten einzusetzen, da sonst nicht ordentlich gedruckt werden kann. Nutzt eine stabile Einstellung mit mindestens 5 Wänden, 2mm top/bottom Schichten und 50% Füllung. PETG ist wahrscheinlich am besten, aber ich habe in PLA gedruckt und es hält bombenfest.
