Honda VFR800 Projector adapter
Description
This is and adapter to fit 2.5" H1 bi-xenon projectors to Honda VFR800 6Gen. Projectors used: https://www.banggood.com/2_5-Inch-Car-Motor-Bi-xenon-HID-Projector-Angle-Eye-Halo-Lens-Headlight-H1-H4-H7-p-1001630.html Also needed: M3-30mm standoffs M3~16mm bolts M3 Nyloc nuts M3 Washers You need to glue/bolt the adapter to the original headlight housing. With 35% infill, its strong enough to hold the projector. PETG / ABS would be recommended but PLA seems to work fine. In the pictures, the standoffs are screwed directly to the adapter but for more strength, use countersunk screws behind the adapter to the standoffs. Then use nuts to secure the projector to standoffs.
