Ender 3 Direct Drive Linear X-Axis Adapter

Ender 3 Direct Drive Linear X-Axis Adapter

Description

I originally tried the [Ender 3 Direct Drive Linear X-Axis Mount by vnomus427](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4433174) but I found that my direct drive wasn't the same size as the one that mount was for - I have a couple of centimeters of Bowden tube between the hot end and the extruder, but I don't think the direct drive that bracket works with has that. I also found a couple of the holes to be just a little too close together. I ended up taking the design there, bringing it into Fusion 360, and moving the holes around a bit to make them work for me. I also enlarged the holes just a touch to make it easier to put the heat set inserts in and so the holes for the M3 screws weren't quite so tight. I did find that I had to use some washers between the hot end heat sink and the bracket because the metal fabricated bracket had tiny standoffs to keep the hot end away from the bracket; that wasn't in the original and I didn't think having them made of plastic would be that great. I've included some pictures of what the bracket looks like both with and without the hot end, etc., so you know where the heat set inserts go.
