Ender 3 Pro Meanwell PSU Cover w/ Electronics Box

Ender 3 Pro Meanwell PSU Cover w/ Electronics Box

Description

Simple collaboration of two nice designs which keeps your electronics box & psu together. I simply combined the two and added a mid plate mount into the base of the electronics box, the 4 holes in the mid plate you may have to drill slightly larger for misalignment & possibly a small amount of sanding on the mid plate in the 45 degree angles for a good fit. The electronics box itself has a fan duct & is now mounted on the plate, the original fan is a very tight fit(I had to sand 2 corners of mine to make it work but not a huge deal). The PSU ends I added curved feet on the bottom which will keep the fan up in the air 8-9mm and allow for good airflow and removed the stock 4040 mounts on it. I mirrored the switch side so the stock wiring from the PSU to the electronic box may fit without extending(I have mine extended already). When mounting to the ender 3 pro you for sure have to extend the z endstop wiring as mentioned in the original electronics box print, and I also extended the y endstop wiring which gives it a nice amount of room for enclosing the printer. By the time you remove the main board & psu I believe you have enough screws for everything but you may have to trim some to make everything work. I highly recommend reading through the instructions by Mrclown in the original Ender 3 External Electronics Case as his is very thorough and makes the project pretty simple. I also included a version of the electronic box without the fan duct, and a seperate fan duct in case you have a box printed already & would like to glue it on it makes a huge difference in how loud the fan is
