This is a shell for the Ultrasatan DB19 adapter for the Atari ST, sold by Lotharek (https://lotharek.pl/productdetail.php?id=309) It is a remix of the design by TzOk and has been modified to adjust screw hole placement and rear opening to accommodate the adapters PCB and connector.
