Fiido D11 - Seat post - Quick release conductor part
Description
After a lot of use and adjustment of the Fiido D11 saddle post, the plastic part has worn out and I had the problem that I fell through the saddle when I cycled over a bumpy road. The solution is this replacement part in combination with two strips of Teflon tape on the inner sides. The ductape provides the desired grip and a firm clamp. Cut the tape with a width of <15mm, two layers tape on each side works the best! 3D Printing with the widest edge on the print bed. Material of your choice (I used PLA+). I hope I have eased a lot of your frustration!
