PiZtand

Description

https://github.com/bkw777/PiZtand Simple configurable quick-printing stand mount for Raspberry Pi Zero. The base has 4 sets of post-holes to hold the tower at angles from vertical to 45 degrees. The holes accept the Pi's M2.5 screws directly (no nuts, just screw into the plastic). The "thin" version is the default and uses the least plastic and prints the quickest. The "chunky" version just looks a little more solid and pleasing, but is not really any better. The "stubby" version is an example of changing the variables to make a custom configuration: pi_elevation = 0; // would need to power by gpio, or mount upside down if you need the hdmi or usb plugs foot_length = 25; // base can be smaller if the pi isn't up on towers angle_a = 0; // disable all the angled post holes just for cleaner looks angle_b = 0; angle_c = 0; Prints in under 40 minutes at 65mm/s, 0.3mm layer height, 2 walls & 25% cubic infill. If you're going to glue the posts into the base, then screw the posts to the Pi *first* so the posts end up properly aligned.
