Seed Tray - With F3D - Printed on Aquila with 0.6mm Nozzle 6 of these fills the large 10" x 20.5" seed trays. Yes, you can buy Seed Trays from Amazon super cheap. But, if you don't want to ship it from China, and spend about the same amount of money (on filament & electricity) to print it in your home, this design is perfect for it. I have optimized the design enough to print this with just about 50gms of filament. It prints with a single wall in just about 5.5 hours. The trick to print it successfully is: - Use 0.6mm nozzle (I rarely use the stock 0.4mm nozzle for anything. LOL), - Keep retraction low, - Allow some stringing, - Turn off wipe, - Keep the seam to random instead of aligned, - Use Prusa Slicer - because for some reason Cura did a poor job on this one This way there will be no holes or cracks in the print even if it's just a 1 wall print. That gcode I attached is out of Prusa Slicer - but please use at your own risk - ONLY if you have the base model Voxelab Aquila 3D Printer that they are selling now (2022-March). Thanks!
