Legally Distinct V3.1 - 150g Robot

Legally Distinct V3.1 - 150g Robot

Description

This is version 3.1 of my antweight drum spinner, 'Legally Distinct'. Version 2.1 works fine but is a little overweight (4 grams to be exact). The parts for this are entirely the same, but I've made it less chubby in an attempt to save weight. I have a feeling it will have saved more than 4 grams. (I was right, currently sits at 139 grams!) The changes in this version include: - General decrease in size - Space for electronics moved to the back - Lower mounts for the switch to enable inverted driving - Open spaces on the chassis to save weight - Increased space for wheels NOTE - This version *does* drive inverted, however the drum will catch on the floor while inverted, should be able to use it to self-right, but I haven't tested that yet. I've used a Malenki Nano ESC in my build, can't guarentee a standard Dual ESC will fit alongside a receiver but it likely will. The files are a little messy...I will try and get around to tidying them up but for now it does the job.
