Xbox one up 10mm mini wheel

On my xbox one controller with the mini wheel attached I could not access the right stick or the 4 way switch, so after reviewing all the remixes, i took an idea from the "Custom Xbox 360 controller mini wheel" which relocated the wheel location up 10mm.
