Animatronic Head Frame
Description
Here is a animatronic head frame I have designed for my show, A good starting point for those who want to build their own Animatronic character, or a functional robotic humanoid. The eyes, mouth and head tilt are implemented with extra holes to add more movements. I have attached the mouth paddle so you could have a mouth movement ready to run! My eyelid design isn't quite ready to be released as i'm still working on a way to better mount on the mech. Eyelid holes are implemented, and eyes could be made out of 2 inch balls. There is a mount hinge for those who would like to mount it to a body mech, or anything they wish. Compatible with Bimba 042-DXP cylinders, Be sure to print with thick walls, high infill, and with supports (Preferably dissolvable supports). This is an expensive and a very long print, so be sure to set your settings right or you'll be throwing away money and you'll end up throwing a temper tantrum and give up 3D printing!
