Icom 706mk2g Head Mitsubishi ASX Cabin Light Adapter

With thanks to MIKHAIL IGNATOV and DU2RK for their designs that I used to template some aspects. This is part two of an adapter to replace the discontinued OPC 581/587 cable to enable remote use of the head on the Icom 706mk2g. It is far bulkier but allows the use of off the shelf parts to connect a SHEILDED network cable (not crossover) in leu of the OPC Cable. It should be noted that shielded cable is almost a requirement. Connect shield ground at only one side to avoid ground loop issues. Parts Required: 1. P75-B1 Dia 1.0mm Cusp Spear Spring Loaded Test Probes Pogo Pins tool RM (Ebay) (334202545452) Ribbon cable of appropriate size. M3 screws This design is to replace the cabin light cluster in the Mitsubishi ASX with an adapter to fit the Icom 706 mk2g head above the driver.
