Anycubic Chiron SKR2 - Y Linear Rail - Dual blower+V6
Description
NOTE: /!\ Installing the new housing on the print head is painful /!\ You'll need to make a splitter or solder on the Fan0 of the PCB. I strongly recommend to remove everything from the X carriage (heatsink, probe L shape support, endstop) then install and plug everything in new housing FIRST and THEN screw on the X carriage, starting from the end stop, then the heatsink and finish with the blowers on the side. You'll have to lower the end stop bumpscrew (a simple nut do the trick) EDIT 2022-04-04 : update the V6 adapter to let some space for the locking collar This is all the parts I used to upgrade my Anycubic Chiron with: - BTT SKR2 + TMC2209 - BTT TFT 70 - BTT Wifi ESP-07S - linear rails on Y axis - new bed carriage (from CR10-S 5) : https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000874991197.html - brackets: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33023016436.html - BMG clone: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003092239261.html - X belt tenser - Dual 5010 blower - V6 heatsink (currently running a Dragon Phaetus HF but also tested with a V6 clone) Videos (Will be update when I'll post other parts): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1-9iGYxwLA Link to parts I used from other creators (remixed or same parts): - Square spacer for Y belt and rails clamp : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4912050 - Blower from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4308253 - Belt adapter for X axis: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3561421 - Front bezel for TFT70 screen: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4551454 - V6 adapter: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3208805 - Heavily used for as reference to design my housing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4700359
